Marjorie Glover Obituary

Marjorie Murray Glover, of Garner, went home to meet her Lord on Sunday, August 29, 2010.
Mrs. Glover, 85, was born in Nash County, North Carolina on February 10, 1925. Mrs. Glover was employed by the State of North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles where she served 28 years. Also, she was an active member of the Garner Advent Christian Church.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 2, 2010, at Garner Advent Christian Church. The family will receive friends at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Joseph Clifton Glover; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by daughter, Carol Rhodes; son and daughter in-law, Joe and Gwen Glover; daughter and son in-law, Beth and Doug Barbour; son, Dr. Mark Glover; eight grandchildren, Ashley Glover, Janet Franco, Scott Rhodes, Dean Rhodes, Kevin Rhodes, Julie McKeown, Joshua Barbour and Sarah Barbour; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Murray and sister, Sadie Glover.
