Stephanie and I send our condolences to Karen, Amelia, and the rest of George's family. I did not know George well, but knew of his artist's talent, and flair for life.

Mark, my good lifelong friend and fellow sledder on the country club golf course, with consequences, I shall miss you and your talent greatly, especially at the Broughton 50th reunion this September. Anne and I shall always remember your artistic "happening" seaside at Wrightsville Beach some years ago. You livened up the place; in fact, that applies to your time here on earth: you livened up the place!
