Martha Cobb Obituary

Mrs. Martha Jane Glover Cobb, 60, of 1347 Two Claude Road, died Wednesday at her home after an extended illness.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Morris. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Cobb was born August 17, 1940, in Johnston County to IvaNorris Glover of Benson and the late Herbert Glover. She was a secretary with the State of North Carolina Social Services. Mrs. Cobb was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, are husband, Linwood Cobb; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn C. and Donnie Lewis of Raleigh; son and daughter-in -law, Jamie B. and Amy Cobb of Willow Spring; sister, Judy McLamb of Augusta, GA; brother, James Herbert Glover of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Annie Lewis and Ashton Cobb; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
Flowers are welcome, however memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 1241 Old Fairgrounds Road, Willow Springs, NC 27592.
