Mary LaPierre Obituary

Mary Patricia LaPierre, age 76, of 216 Waterford Lake Drive, Cary, went to her eternal rest on Sunday evening, September 9, 2007 after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer.
"Patricia" was survived by her husband, Joseph LaPierre; daughters, Suzanne Russell, Jennifer Dain, Mary Wassil, Lucille Fieldman, Anne Scandone; 10 grandchildren; sister, Lucille Lowe; brother, James Bond.
Patricia was born in Bridgeport, Ct., November 21, 1930. She graduated from Milford High School, Milford, Ct. She married Joseph LaPierre on February 13, 1960. She was a loving wife and mother and will be greatly missed. She lived for long walks and swims on Long Island Sound beaches and ice skating in the New England winters.
Visitors may call at the Apex Funeral Home, 550 West Williams Street (HWY 55), Apex, on Wednesday evening, September 12th, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m., conducted by Deacon John Hubisz.
In lieu of flowers, you may in Mary Pat's name, make a donation to Hospice of Wake County, 1300 St. Mary's Street, Fourth Floor, Raleigh, NC, 27605.
Final resting place will be North Haven, CT.
