Garner
Michael Anthony Gantt, 28, died Thursday. Born in Florida, he was the son of Joe Gantt and the late Vicki Jean Knutson Gantt.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. The family will receive friends following the service.
Survivors include his father, Joe Gantt and stepmother, Rhonda Gantt; brothers, Matthew Gantt of Reidsville and Thomas Gantt (Nicole) of Fuquay-Varina; grandparents, Harriett and Elliott Hallman of South Carolina and Ann Gantt of Concord.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Safe Haven for Cats, 8431-137 Garvey Dr., Raleigh, NC 27616.
