Michael Allen Norris, Jr.

Michael Allen Norris, Jr., 38, passed away Saturday surrounded by his family. He was a dedicated and loving son, brother and father who enjoyed being with his family as well as participating in all of his son's activities, especially baseball.

Surviving are his son, Michael Allen (Tripp) Norris, III of Raleigh; father, Michael A. Norris, Sr. and wife Carol of Clayton; mother, Merle Coats and husband Glenn of Raleigh; sister, Paula Pierce and husband Brad of Apex; niece, Natalie Pierce and nephew, Alex Pierce; mother of his son, Tripp, Sarah Norris of Raleigh; also surviving are one aunt and three uncles.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Aversboro Road Baptist Church, Garner. Interment will follow at White Memorial Church Cemetery, Willow Springs.

The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Michael Allen Norris, III education fund at any BB&T Bank. Please reference # 5284.
