Opal Tucker Obituary
Thefuneral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Monday, prior to the service at Montlawn Funeral Home.
A native of Flora, LA, she was the daughter of the late William and Eugenia Vercher Page. Mrs. Tucker was retired from BellSouth, and was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Choate of Kuttawa, KY, and Wanda Harris of Raleigh; grandchildren, Melissa Rice of Garner, and Kara Trull of Zebulon; and her great-grandchildren, Cameron Bell, Austin Rice, Henry Rice and Seth Trull.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Tucker; and her brother and sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 1417 Clifton Street, Raleigh, NC 27604.
