Patrick Eugene Cooke, 47, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018. Patrick was born September 27, 1970 in Wake County.
A service to celebrate his life will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Hope Community Church 821 Buck Jones Road Raleigh, N.C. 27606. Family and very close friends will gather after at the home of Patricia Johnson after and at other times.
