Emit, North Carolina - Peggy Ann Lee Wilder, 82, of the Emit N. C. Community, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023. The wife of surviving husband, Barna O. Wilder, Sr., of the home. She was born December 6, 1940 in the Hales Chapel Community, N.C. to the late Wade Clayton Lee and Annie Serella Creech Lee.
A Service to Celebrate her Life will be held 11 AM Saturday, March 11, 2023 Zebulon Baptist Church. There will be a meal for family and friends following the Service in the Church fellowship hall. Arrangements are with Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, 211 W. Third St., Wendell. Full obituary will be available and email condolences will be at www.sticklandfuneral.com
