Rosa "Baby Ruth Cotton " B. Battle, 88, died 11/08/2016.
Funeral Service will be 12 Noon Saturday, November 12, 2016 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. James Worthy, officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.
Visitation-Friday, November 11 form 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 240 Atlantic Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC

Another child has been sent to hold the Master's hand, it hurts so much will we ever understand, the family cries. We lean on God to ease the pain and open our eyes to our God's name. To of God's children went home on the same day Thomas Raymond Brown of Petersburg,Va.

A tireless worker for God. Always had a moment for me. Sara and I last saw her a few months ago. Even then she was busy and only had a moment to greet us. So thankful we had that last encounter. Enjoy your rest Auntie. Love you and thanks for beautiful lifelong memories.
