Dear Kitty, Kathy, Ed and Family,
What a Godly man you had for a husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was and is a light for us all. His gracious and just heart and mind touched many lives. I am better having known Roy and Kitty. Every time I was with them was memorable. I am grateful for their friendship with both of my parents and that it was passed along to me.
I know that Roy and my Dad are hugging and talking right now and I look forward to seeing them both one day.
I am sorry for your hurting hearts.
May God hold each one of you extra tight.
In God's Amazing Love,
Karen Dixon Hodges and Alex Hodges

Dear Ed, Katie, Roy and Fuller Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your Dad/Grandad's passing. I can remember what a fun visit I had with Mom and Dad to the Fuller house in Raleigh some 25 years ago. I am sure he will be greatly missed and my wife and I will be praying for your family during this holiday season. Thank you for sharing about his service in the US Merchant Marine. To sign up during the war took immense courage as the vessels had little to no defense. 142 cadets from Kings Point were killed in action before they graduated during their sea years. Merchant marines were unsung heros of the era with only the Marines sustaining larger percentage losses in WWII. I look forward to hearing the stories from him one day when it is my time to cross the bar. We went to many of the same places in that time frame of our lives. Kings Point '03. God Bless.
