Wanda Kay Reid Sandy, 72 years of age, passed on Tuesday August 30, 2016 at her home in Fuquay-Varina, NC.
Wanda was born in Henderson, NC to the late Jessie Willard Reid & Elsie Mae Moore.
Two brothers, Larry Ray Reid & Roger Dale Reid preceded her in death.
Wanda is survived by three son's John Calvin "JC" Sandy Jr. of Angier, NC, James Anthony "Tony" Abbott & Rodney Thomas Abbott of Henderson, NC; two brothers, Joseph H. Reid of Seminole FL, Marty D. Reid of Atlanta GA; Step-Mother, Betty Vann Reid of Louisburg, NC; 8 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Emmanuel Holiness Church of Fuquay-Varina, where she played piano before declining health.
The family will receive visitors at Williford Funeral Home in Fuquay-Varina, Thursday evening, Sept. 1, 2016 between the hours of 7:00 & 9:00 PM.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Reverend Bobby J. Revels at the Emmanuel Holiness Church of Fuquay-Varina at 11:00 PM on Friday, Sept. 2, 2016.
Burial will directly follow at the Holly Springs Town Cemetery.
