Bill was solid friend, a generous man of good character, loyal to his family, friends and beloved East Carolina Pirates. He had a contagious smile that could light up a room with his presence. May his memory be eternal.

"Uncle" Bill with some of his many friends from the neighborhood. Hanging out at the pool will never be the same without him, his smile, and his good cheer.

"Uncle Bill" always brightened up the room, pool time, and the dance floor with his great smile, warm heart, love of people, and the ability to make others laugh! I will always cherish my one shag dance with him at the Raven Point Pool, and will never forget his love of Beach music and chilling by the water with a beer and a grin. Loved him, miss him.
