William O. Satterwhite, 55 of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina passed away peacefully at Wake Medical Center on December 8, 2013 surrounded by
his family after a short battle with cancer. William was born October 3, 1958 in Pitt County. He was the son of Talmadge Satterwhite, deceased and survived by his mother Elsie G. Satterwhite Scott. He is also survived by his special friend Laura Thompson, daughter, Savannah Satterwhite, brother Brooks Satterwhite (Robin), nephews Adam, Jared all of Tampa Florida and nephew Blake Satterwhite of Statesville, NC; brother-in-law, Douglas Haigler of Willow Spring, NC, Aunts Edith Holloman of Goldsboro and Shirley Jones of Raleigh; many cousins and special friends, Wayne and Dennis Williams and family of Raleigh and Lars Harrisville of Minneapolis Minnesota.
He was predeceased by his sister, Kae Haigler and stepfather Martin Scott.
Billy was an excellent upholsterer and did business as Fuquay Springs Upholstery. He made many friends who were always pleased with his work. He did both commercial and residential upholstering.
A memorial service will be held Saturday morning December 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. celebrating his life at Kipling United Methodist Church, 55 Kipling Church Road, Kipling, NC.
Visitation one hour prior to Memorial Service. Interment at 3:00 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, 701 Oakwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC.
Memorials may be made in memory of Billy Satterwhie to Kipling United Methodist Church, 55 Kipling Church Road, Kipling, NC 27543.

A request was made by this loving man, just a few short days before he went to his eternal mansion: "Please take care of my girls for me! Laura & Savannah are the loves of my life.
