Audrey Zetena Obituary
Audrey J. Zetena of Southbury, CT, died Wednesday June 22, 2016 at Danbury Hospital at the age of 84.
She was born October 9, 1932 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Weynad) Dash. Mrs. Zetena was an Executive Secretary for many years and had lived in New Rochelle, NY, Bridgewater, CT, Roxbury, CT, Venice, FL and Port Orange, FL, before moving to Southbury, CT. She was predeceased by her husband Maurice F. Zetena Jr…
Mrs. Zetena is survived by her son Maurice F. Zetena III and his wife Judith of New Milford, CT, her daughter Lisa Woolbert and her husband Richard of Philadelphia, PA, a brother Johnny Dash, sisters Dorothy De Marie and Catherine Defendis all of Florida and two grandchildren Richard and Megan Woolbert. She was predeceased by her brother Donald Dash.
A funeral service will be held on Friday June 24, 2016 at the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT, at 7:45pm. Internment will be private. Calling hours will be on Friday beginning at 5:00pm until the time of the service.

I also exercised with Audrey . I will miss her beautiful smile and hello to everyone around her. Audrey was an inspiration for me. She never complained or whined and exercised with such a positive attitude .

Like a second mom to me for over 35 years... She new how to throw a party and how to tell us young kids back then when it was time for our parties to end. The memories make me smile, her passing makes me cry.
