After a while you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul and that love doesn't mean leaning and company doesn't mean security. You begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts and presents aren't promises. You accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes open and learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans and futures have a way of falling down in mid flight.

After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much. So you plant your own garden and decorate your soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. You learn that you really can endure. You realize your strength and your worth and you learn and learn with every goodbye you learn.

Dearest Mr. H, a strong yet gentle soul. You are missed. Your strength and kind heart lives on through your son, Patrick. Thank you. I celebrate your freedom. We love you! See you soon :-}

What can I say? I remember everything you did for our family. The sacrifices you made. You endured alot in the last few years, Dad. I was there for you in your time of need, and would do it all over again just to have you back. But, when I think about it, that is me being selfish. You are in a much better place than all of us, and you're suffering no more. We all miss you. I hope that you can see this and know that I love you and regret the fact that things weren't better between all of us. You will be deeply missed. I think of you every moment I hear about the Giants, Yankees, see a Dunkin Donuts, Friendly's commercial or some of the other ones you used to like. Say hi to Uncle Art, Aunt Rose, and of course my sister Lorey. Love and miss you Dad. Until we meet again.

Dear Herby, You are at rest now with our Dear Lord and our family in Heaven. You suffered so and keept on trying to do things for others all the time. You were a wonderful Brother-inlaw, when we were all young we had so much fun going and doing things all the years. All the laughter when we were all together every we went. You were a wonderful Husband to my sister Ruthie and a great Dad to your sons.
May you always know we loved you then and love you now Dear. We will miss your smile and visits and those "dimples" Your were a spiritual
man and a good friend to many people and you will never be forgotten, but missed each and every day. We know the LORD smiles with now. We love you and know GOD loves you as you are in his home at peace.

My Father was just that . . . a father. He took my brother and I fishing, camping was there for school plays and games we were in. He was there with us in church at home always a part of our lives. He showed us the important things in life like love, family and friendship and doing what is right. I am proud to be his namesake and will carry that name with pride. He and my mother both great examples of what it means to share the greatest gifts of all and that is family wether blood related or those we hold close to your heart is what life is all about, that enriches your life more than anything! I love you Dad and always will til I see you again.

My Grandad... I remember all the times he would go to Dunkin Donuts and get me and Grammy our donuts and Grammy her coffee. And he would always say that he had to get up extra early to go make the donuts. All the times I would go to the club with him for Christmas parties and picnics. And he'd wake up early enough during the week, to make me my "egg sandwhich" for breakfast. When I saw him in the hospital on Jan. 13th, I held his hand and he introduced me to the nurse. He was always proud to say,"This is my grand-daugthter, Miranda Rose." And I know that he loves me and always will. I love you too, Grandad, and I always will. No matter what!

My darling Husband, you went so fast, but at least I was able to tell you how much I loved you, as you also did the night before God took you home.. I miss you so much, I see you in your chair, I hear you laughing. I miss your infectious smile, your beautiful blue eyes and your dimples.. 47 years just not enough time.. We were looking forward to celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.. I will always remember, " YOUR MY FIRST MY LAST, MY EVERYTHING" ! Tell our Daughter Lorey, Her Mommy Loves her so much.. Till we meet again , I will take confort in knowing You are safely Home..
