Jacob Naumann Obituary
Jacob Louis "Jake" Naumann, Jr., 84, of Wake Forest, formerly of Danbury, Connecticut, passed away Friday, January 25, 2013 at WakeMed. He was born in Yonkers, NY to the late Jacob Louis Naumann, Sr. and Maude Lawton Naumann. Jake was a senior member of the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 21, Peekskill, NY with over 50 years of service, a member of Van Cortlandt Lodge # 1034 A.F. & A.M. and was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean War. Jacob was a loving husband, father & grandfather and will be sadly missed by everyone.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock, Saturday afternoon, February 2, 2013 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.
Jake is survived by his daughters, Phyllis Strusky & husband Steve Jennifer Gouveia & husband David and Patti Naumann all of North Carolina; grandchildren, Kelly Strusky, Tommy Gouveia, Joey Gouveia, Jon Gouveia, Ally Gouveia; sister, Edna Howell of Beacon, NY. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia E. Naumann; daughter, Jacqueline "Jackie" Naumann; four brothers and two sisters.
Memorial contributions can be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 8466, P.O. Box 1162, Wake Forest NC, 27588-1162.
