When I think of Uncle John I remember roast pork with his own sauerkraut or thanksgiving dinner and lots of jokes and laughing and making my mother Gertrude (his sister) scowl, but always heading for home wanting more...

Karen just let me know today. So glad to learn John has joined your mom again. He had to get there to keep the bunch laughing untill we all arrive. Love you dearly and happy to know I will be rising on the last day right by their sides when Jesus comes again. Jean Voss

We fondly remember both John and Ted coming into Ace Industrial Hardware every day for a cup of coffee and to chat! We are very sorry for your loss.

We want to extend our deepest sympathy. I worked for John & Ted for over 30 years & you couldn't ask for two better people to work for. They were not only employers but also good friends. Our thoughts & sympathies go out to John's family.

We send our sympathy to the family on the death of John. Both Esther and John were close friends of ours. Esther and Al both attended Zion Lutheran School in Bridgeport. We enjoyed our friendship over the years. John and Esther are now once again together and we rejoice for them.

Mr. Demko as an employer was second to none. My father worked at Drake Engineering for over 25 years. They were like a family. That is the best compliment you can give any business.
