Laszlo Komlo Obituary
Laszlo Komlo of New Milford, CT, died Thursday December 5, 2013 in New Milford Hospital at the age of 83. He was born March 11, 1930 in Hungary son of the late Gabor and Elizabeth (Hejja) Komlo. He moved to the United States in 1959 and lived in NJ and in Danbury before settling in New Milford in 1970. Mr. Komlo worked as a fork lift operator for Eagle Pencil in Danbury for 28 yrs. then worked as a custodian at John Pettibone School in New Milford for four years before retiring in 1995 and he had been a member of the Organ Club. Mr. Komlo is survived by his wife of 43 years Ilona (Bago) Komlo of New Milford, his daughter Annette Komlo of Durham, CT and a brother Joseph Komlo of New Fairfield, CT. A funeral service will be held on Saturday December 7, 2013, at 4pm at Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge St., New Milford, CT. Internment will be private. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 2 to 4 pm.
