Laura Stiger Holm of New Milford, CT, passed away Thursday October 19, 2017 in Danbury Hospital at the age of 49.
Laura was born July 22, 1968 in Bethpage, NY, daughter of the late Harold and Maureen (Charles) Stiger. She married Larry Holm in June of 1989 in Brookfield, CT, where they lived for many years before moving to New Milford in 2002. Laura worked as a customer service representative for Belimo Air Controls in Danbury for the past 23 years.
Besides her husband Larry of New Milford, CT, Laura is survived by her sisters Linda Allegro and husband Larry of Deltona, FL, Nancy LaBarre and husband Steve of Deltona, FL, Maryellen Huntley and husband Steve of Danbury, CT, Maureen Schaedler and husband Bill of New Milford, CT and Tracy Mendelson and husband Stuart of Southbury, CT, mother in law Ann Hourin of FL, brother in law Phil Ross of Roxbury, CT, sister in law Mariann Gianfranceschi of Brookfield, CT and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her pets Cricket and Cinnamon whom she loved very much.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday October 25, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. followed by a service at 8:00 p.m. at the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT. Interment will take place on Thursday October 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Peter's Cemetery, Danbury, CT.
