Paul Phaneuf Obituary
Paul David Phaneuf, age 68 of Sandy Hook, CT, passed away unexpectedly on September 16th, 2024, at Hartford Hospital. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Jeanne Marie Sheil for 26 years. Together, they raised a beautiful loving family. Their three children, Thomas Phaneuf, Colleen Phaneuf, and Erin Phaneuf, will forever remember the love, friendship, and lessons their father left them.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Paul's family Monday September 23, 2024 between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. at Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468. His funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday September 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown CT, 06470. Burial will be held privately. I am very sorry to hear of Paul´s passing. I will always remember the fun we had coaching little league football at Holy Name in Spfld MA. Paul could always make me laugh. I Loved his laugh & his company. He will be deeply missed. Sincerely, Jim Kelliher (Kell)
