Robert Louis Anger Sr., 93, of Redding, CT, passed away on December 30, 2024. He was born on November 5, 1931, in East Hartford, CT, to Joseph and Helen (Gunzy) Anger. Robert (Bob) served in the United States Army and later owned and operated a Pepperidge Farm franchise for over 30 years.
He is survived by his children, Cynthia Anger (Jeffrey Hellman) and Robert L. Anger Jr.; grandchildren, Michael and Allison Hellman; and his brother, Donald Anger. He was predeceased by his wife, Millie.
A visitation will be held at Bethel Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church in Bethel.
