SPRING VALLEY – Terry Ann (LeRette) Koehler, 57, of Spring Valley, passed away at her home, Monday, December 28, 2020.
Terry's family will host a celebration of life service at a later date. The Barto Funeral Home, Spring Valley, is assisting with the arrangements.
Terry was born in Ottawa on November 30, 1963 to Dale and Gail Ann (Celio) LeRette. She married David John Koehler on January 18, 1998 in St. Thomas. She had worked as both a sales representative and caregiver/CNA.
Survivors include her husband, David, of Spring Valley; her mother, Gail Ann LeRette of Spring Valley; her daughter, Cardia T. Smith/Dunn of Ottawa and her children, Jeran Hiltabrand and Creek Camilla Dunn; her son, Nicholas Dale Koehler of La Salle, and his daughter, Sydney Nichole Koehler; her sister, Kimberly Landego of Oakbrook; and her dog, Chloe.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dale LeRette.
