Marvin Lampi Obituary
Marvin was born September 25, 1955, in Augusta, Georgia, the son of the late Wayne J. Lampi, and Janet (Seiving) Lampi. On April 1, 1998, he was united in marriage to Frances Ann (Friend) Lampi, who survives.
He is also survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Seth) Pawlak, and Christina Lampi; three sons, Michael (Brandy) Lampi, Jason (Tiffany) Friend, and Michael (Sierra) Friend; five grandchildren, Jadon Friend, Jordan Sayre, Blake Friend, Gabriel Friend, and Alexis Lampi; a sister, Sharon Lampi; and his stepmother, Suzanne Hembly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, David Lampi.
Marvin was a Veteran of the United States Navy; and previously worked as a mechanical and electrical engineer. He enjoyed sailing, Cincinnati Bengals football, was a triathlete, and participated in marathons.
Visitation will not be observed; arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
