C. Jackson Obituary
FELTON - Gordon passed away Saturday September 25, 2021 after a long battle with a long term illness.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally; parents, Leroy and Dorothea; sister, Pauline; brother, Harry; sister, Kiki; and his brother, Leo.
He is survived by his sister, Rita; daughter, Elizabeth; son, Gordon Jr; grandchildren, Jimmy, Andy, Alisha and Jon; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Hailey, Josh, Little Taylor, James, Julian, Carter and Luca; and several nieces and nephews.
Gordon was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2003. He spent over 40 years serving his country.
He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, especially his Baltimore Ravens and the time he was able to spend with his family.
Most of all, Gordon enjoyed entertaining us all with his music which he shared with all of us. He will be remembered for his amazing talent.
Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, September 30, 2021 at The Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St., Dover, DE 19901 where a visitation will be offered 10 a.m. until service time.
