Frances Frankel Obituary
A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service for Frances E. Frankel will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13 – the date of her 95th birthday – in the Fellowship Hall, Calvary Methodist Church, 301 S.E. Front St., Milford, DE 19963.
Mrs. Frankel died on Feb. 2, 2021 in Country Rest Home, Greenwood, of complications from a major stroke. Due to COVID-19 restrictions at the time of her passing, private services were held.
Family and friends are welcome to this memorial service; visitation from 1-2 p.m. For the safety of guests, masks will be required regardless of vaccination status.
