Julian Hudson Obituary

MILFORD - Julian Edward Hudson passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 at home. Julian was born in Lewes, the son of the late Charles Julian and Margaret (German) Hudson. He began his career at the DuPont Company in Seaford as soon as he graduated from high school in 1962. He was known as a jack of all trades, having worked as a mechanic, pipe fitter, spinning machine operator, panel board operator and as a planner at the time of his retirement in 2008. He was a member of Temple Lodge #9, Milford, the Nur Shriners Temple in New Castle; he enjoyed hunting and espeically loved to go fishing with His Boy!
He is survived by his wife of 44 years Patricia; his daughter Amy Hurd and her husband Wayne; his grandchildren Ethan Hurd and Faith Hurd and his brother Charles Hudson and his wife Myra Lee as well as several nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where funeral services will be held at 1 pm. Burial will be in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Bay Road, Frederica. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Donation Processing
