Preston A. "Bud" Hudson Jr.

Hudson, Jr, 70 ROXANA, Md. - Preston A. "Bud" Hudson, Jr. died at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014. He was born in Roxana on Jan. 7, 1944. He was the son of the late Preston A. Sr. and Marian (Gray) Hudson. He graduated from Selbyville High School in Selbyville. He was a farmer and for the past several years, he was a produce supplier to several local restaurants and vegetable stands. He is survived by a son, Preston A. "Rusty" Hudson and his wife, Lih of Duvall, Wash.; daughter, Debra Marie Hudson of Roxana; sister, Janet L. Whitten and her husband Larry of Millsboro; three grandchildren, Chase Weaver, Ella Hudson and Kay Lynn Hickey; nephew, Kevin Whitten and wife Joyce of Hope Mills, N.C.; and two nieces, Kelly Whitten of Milford and Kristen Whitten of Vancouver, Wash.; and several relatives and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014 at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Thatcher Street, Frankford, DE.
