Alan Woliver Obituary
July 8, 1957 - July 1, 2024
Alan R. Woliver, 66, of Ansonia, beloved husband of Jean Brown Woliver, passed away on July 1, 2024 surrounded by his family at CT Hospice. Loving father of Jasellynne Morrow of Trumbull and Michael Fox of New Haven. Cherished grandfather of Jett and Sydney Morrow and Wyatt Fox. Alan is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Brother of Richard A. (Andrea) Woliver Jr. of Clinton and Robert Woliver of West Haven. He was born in Meriden on July 8, 1957 son of the late Richard A. "Tiny" and Bernice E. Smith Woliver. Prior to his retirement, Alan was employed by the Regional Water Authority in the Fleet Maintenance Department. Alan was a 1975 West Haven High School Graduate and a cancer survivor.
Family and friends are invited to a Parlor Service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 830 Jones Hill Rd., West Haven MONDAY morning at 10:30. Interment will follow in Northford Cemetery. Family and friends may call MONDAY morning from 8:30 until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice at www.hospice.com.
