Nina´s was the best apizza in Branford growing up in the 1970´s. I remember the painting of Jesus in the kitchen and the picture of Bruno Samaritan on the cash register. Nina was so nice to us kids.

If you couldn't find her sitting in the same kitchen chair drinking espresso, playing Italian Solitaire, smoking a cigarette, she would be laying down watching TV, but we knew she dozed off. And always happy to see you. These memories are embedded in my memories forever. We'll miss her....

Alison, Alaina and family, My thoughts are with you. Nonnie holds a special place in my heart. I will always remember how she could always be found in the kitchen, drinking coffee and playing cards at all hours of the day or night. She was a special woman.
