Concetta Nappi Obituary
December 30, 1940 - September 2, 2025
Concetta "Connie" Nappi 84, a longtime Bethany resident died Sept. 2nd after a long illness. She was the loving wife of James Nappi. Connie was born in Derby December 30, 1940, daughter of the late Albert and Marian Didato Petruzzello. She loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Connie liked to read, was an avid UCONN Women's Basketball fan, and enjoyed watching musical theater. In addition to her husband Jimmie, she is survived by sisters Ann Valente of Hamden, Nancy (Robert) Criscuolo of Bethany, and numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 8-10 a.m. in the Peter H. Torello & Son FH, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Our lady of the Assumption Church. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.

I have fond memories of Connie when I was a child. She lived in the same house as my family on Davis Street in New Haven. My condolences to Jimmy.
