Daniel Foley Obituary
Daniel William Foley, 28, of North Haven, passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Born in New Haven on April 4, 1989, he was the son of Richard and Tracey Cummings Foley. He is survived by his siblings, Patrick and Megan Foley, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Dick and Mary Foley, and maternal grandparents, Bill and Mary Cummings.
A graduate of North Haven High School Class of 2007, Daniel worked as a laborer in the construction business. He was an avid sports lover who enjoyed playing basketball and following the Boston Red Sox. He played softball at the Connecticut Sportsplex in North Branford for several years, and also loved to go hiking.
Friends are invited to visit with Daniel's family from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 1 at BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning, November 2, at 10 a.m. in St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Ave., North Haven. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel's memory may be sent to the D.A.R.E.
