HARVEY, DOROTHY M. Dorothy M. Harvey, age 84, passed away March 25, 2016 at Paradigm Health Care in West Haven. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Harvey. Dorothy was born in Ashville, North Carolina, on May 17, 1931, to the late Roy and Neeta (Hughes) London. Dorothy was a homemaker, and a caregiver to her family. Always putting her family first, she was a special person. Dorothy loved animals and her cats, she will be missed. She is survived by her daughter, Donita (Stanley) Chometa of West Haven. One sister, Holis Patterson of North Carolina. She is also survived by her sister in law, Rene Mercer, and nephew David Mercer and Sarah Mercer, both of Nashville, TN. Dorothy is predeceased by her son, John Mercer, and a brother, Herbert London. Family and friends may visit the Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm Street West Haven on Wednesday March 30, from 5 to 8. Funeral services will be held at the Keenan Funeral Home Thursday at 11am. Burial will follow at East Lawn Cemetery in East Haven.
