Phoenix- My dear friend, my heart breaks as I write this. I wanted to let you know how much you mean to me and what a great impact you had on my life. I keep going through my memory bank and have nothing but fond moments with you. You light up my heart and soul. You made me a better person. You will be missed soo much. I hear your sweet voice and can feel the amazing hugs you would give. I hear your laughter, and it makes me happy. I received the grant you said I would for school (ty) You taught me soo much, how to cook, enjoy the small things in life, and to live again. I will never forget the past Christmas eve.... well you know how the story goes, my house warming party, and my most favorite Elizabeth park... I loved how you and I would do nothing yet it always felt as though we were the only two people on earth. I will never be able to pass up a good pet shop, or the Apple tree, see a scratch ticket, double shot of espresso, candy from the corner store, my new cat lol, a simple walk, dance like no one is looking, leave my ID, how amazing you look dressed up and with a new hair cut, our long talks on the phone, missing mouse for your computer, how you revamped the kitchen, the storm, returning Red Box movies, mental photos, getting lost, your fish , garden ( more like a jungle)shopping for food, HOT Basil , Tapas, food!!!!!, a good sleep and the Russel (what a funny night) well you know the rest.... I could go on for ever with stories. I Heart you so, you are and were and amazing friend, and more like family to me. I will miss you with all my heart & soul. I pray your at peace and that you watch over all the many people you have impacted with your greatness, your big Heart, your smile, and well lets face it your one in a million. Your my brother and even though it was short it feels like a lifetime that we have known each other. I remember the last conversation we had before we went to eat and I feel the same about you and always will. I love you Phi be well. Cheers and click click and the stupid horn sound I make love always - Mercedes

Eric was a wonderful friend & co-worker. He will always hold a special place in my heart. Eric was a wonderful, kind hearted person who would cook up a feast for friends. I often called him while at home cooking just to make sure I was adding the right spices to things. He had wonderful stories about his time in the military…truly funny ones too. My favorite was when he asked his commander for cream for his coffee. Eric loved his friends & we became family. He also loved his cat! Eric will truly be missed and I am honored to have known such an intelligent, hardworking, trustworthy guy.
