Erik C. Moon 37, of Clearwater, FL, formerly of East Haven, lost his life unexpectedly on April 11, 2023 at his home. He was born December 1, 1985, to Robert C. Moon of East Haven and the late Josee J. Lamarche Moon. Grandson of the late Charlie and Eleonore Moon and Raymond and Huguette Lamarche. Adored brother to Liza-Ann, (Brian) Seipold of East Haven and Robert F. (Christine) Moon of Hamden. Nephew of Dorothy, (Charlie) Rome, Charles, (Shari) Moon and the late Shirley Tolmei and Lenore Capasso. Cherished uncle to Bryanna, Andrew and Sarah Seipold and Charlotte and Thomas Moon. Leaving behind his beloved dog Dallas, and his cat Gonzo and many cousins and friends. Erik graduated EHHS in 2004, attended Massachusetts School of Liberal Arts and graduated from CT School of Broadcasting in 2006. Prior to moving to Florida, he was an employee of Forbes and WWE. Erik was a people person and a performer. He was most himself when engaging a crowd so naturally he became a prominent DJ, in Clearwater and Tampa, FL area working at several clubs including Oasis, Penthouse, and Silks. Winning DJ of the year 2020, and runner up on 2021 and 2022. Erik was a huge fan of Professional wrestling and the Dallas Cowboys. He lived out his wrestling dream by performing, as a semiprofessional manager/performer for many years, donating his time and talent to many charity events. His endless talents ranged from editing videos, photography, freelance marketing and advice giver and everyone's friend. He made such an impact on so many people, some of which he never met in person. He truly lived his best life and would want us all to live ours.
