A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Battell Chapel at 400 College St. in New Haven. Doors will open at 9:30 am with an organ prelude at 10 a.m. and the Celebration at 10:30 a.m. The service will conclude with a Second Line around the Green followed by a reception at the Elm City Club. All who knew Bitsie and loved her are invited.

A shining star in the art world in New haven. She was active in recognizing YSM Art Place at the Howard avenue building and awarding an honor on our creation. Always available to help us in our success of the art made by doctors, workers, family and was supportive of our efforts to create a caring space for our patients to enjoy. She will be missed but not forgotten.
