Jeffrey Allen Obituary

Jeffrey Allen
2/16/2023
Jeffrey Allen died suddenly on February 16, 2023 in Florida. He was born in New Haven, CT December 22, 1990.
He was predeceased in childhood by his mother Tina Allen and in 2021 by his father Lester W. Allen Sr.
He is survived by his brother Lester W. Allen Jr. (Kathy) of Branford and sister Kimberly Rumino (Juan) of East Haven as well as three nieces, a nephew and many cousins.
Jeff spent his early childhood in Branford before moving to Groveland, FL with his father as a teen. He graduated from South Lake High School in 1998.
Jeff loved baseball, family, and cooking, and was a lifelong Yankee fan no matter what state he was living in. His favorite trips were to Coopers Town, NY, baseball hall of fame with our father.
He held many jobs in the food service industry over the years as cook/bartender/server including Carrabba's and Olive Garden in FL as well as Chowder Pot and Anna Liffey's and Aria in CT. In recent years, he was also working as an independent merchandiser for several companies in the FL and Carson City, NV area.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April 29 at noon at St. Bernadette Church (Townsend Ave) in New Haven, CT. Burial will be private at convenience of the family.
