Please accept my very deepest sympathy to John's family. I am so very grateful that I began my career with the Judicial Department working at the Waterbury courthouse. First as a Bail commisioner then as Caseflow Coordinator Criminal. John was an amazing prosecutor and the very best while on trial. He was fair, compasionate and awsome at what he did best. I feel blessed to have worked with him in Waterebury and proud to have been a part of the same system he was such a big part of. I will never forget my many years working with John in Waterbury and am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you all in my prayers

I had the pleasure to be John's paper-boy (Hartford Times) in Hartford, while he attended Trinity/UCONN. Always on his front porch, studying, relaxed, confident. Fond memories of him and his young family. Janet, Sincere condolences to you and your Family. XO Brian.

To John Connelly's family. Mr. Connelly led my legal assistant's class at Naugatuck Valley Community Technical College in Waterbury, CT. He was an excellent teacher, fascinated the class, very popular and his classes were always full up. He had such integrity, an admirable man, I felt lucky to have him teaching our class. I send my condolences to his family, terribly saddened to learn of his passing.
