Joseph Roland LaCroix
Joseph Roland LaCroix, 76, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at the VA Hospital, West Haven with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of 53 years to Claire Rubino LaCroix. Joseph was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on August 14, 1947, and was one of eleven children to the late Joseph and Rosilda Lavallee Lacroix. He served his country faithfully in the US Army. Joseph worked as a truck driver for 40 years. He enjoyed vacationing with his family, especially his grandchildren. Joseph was a simple man, who also worked hard and devoted himself to his family who he loved unconditionally. Loving father Michael LaCroix and Valerie (Freddy) Morava. Beloved grandfather of Matthew and Gia Morava.
The visiting hours will be Friday, March 8th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A service and full military honor will take place in the funeral home at 7:00. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. www.northhavenfuneral.com

My heart goes out to Aunt Claire, Michael and Valerie. I have very fond memories of family gatherings shared with Uncle Joe and his family. He was a fun loving person and a great uncle. He will be dearly missed and loved. His suffering has ended and may he enjoy eternal peace. God Bless.
