ROBERTS, JOSEPH A. “JOE BOB” Waterbury – Mr. Joseph “Joe Bob” Andrew Roberts, II, age 52, of Waterbury, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2015 after a brief illness. He was the significant other of the late Grace Halkett. Joe Bob was born February 1, 1963, a son of Mr. Joseph Andrew Roberts of Meriden and Susan Frances (Kautz) Hawkins of Inman, SC, and the step-son of Charlotte Kautz and Herbert Hawkins. He was a roofer and a member of the Roofers and WaterProofers Local Union #12. Joe Bob enjoyed fishing, dirt bike riding and racing. The time he most cherished was the time he spent with his precious daughter, Elena. Besides his father, mother and step-mother, Joe Bob is survived by his daughter, Elena Josephine Roberts, brothers, Matthew Roberts and his wife Kelley of Thomaston and Michael Roberts of Meriden, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect.
