Joseph Ruggiero Obituary

Joseph Kenneth Ruggiero
Joseph Kenneth Ruggiero, born Febuary 21, 1956, formerly of East Haven, passed away on January 17, 2023. A resident of Arizona, he is survived by his mother Palma and his sister Sandra as well as many cousins. He leaves behind his girlfriend and soulmate, Michelle Rhodes, of the past 15 years. He loved golf and playing pool, and was a great swimmer in his young years, impressing us all with his Butterfly stroke.
As his sister, I will miss his sense of humor and hilarious quips.
Will miss you always.
