Kathy, you are the effervescent element of any party. To put it in your words, "You are the bubbles in my champagne." You lifted the spirits of everyone around you. I remember your trying on the Christmas tree skirt at T.J.'s You mistook it for a shawl, You are captivating mimicking Margaret Hamilton in the "Wizard". "I'll get you my pretty and your little dog too." Without teeth without hair your beauty never suffered as your light emanated from within. I shall never forget that light and the effect it had on my life. I could talk about you all day and never run out of those crystal moments that are engraved in my heart. Remember our last conversation. You told me you lost another tooth. I said, "No worries. On Halloween we'll stick a candle in your mouth and you can be a jack-o-lantern. This was the last time I would hear your laugh. Rest in the Palm of Christ and help prepare the way of us left behind. Till we meet again you are deeply loved and sorely missed.

Sincere sympathy to family. Being an upstairs neighbor of Kathleen's, I enjoyed talking with her when she came up to do laundry or when we sat outside on nice days. May all of you find peace now.

Kristina I am so sorry about your mom. You´ve had to endure so many losses in your young life. Kathy was always funny and easy to talk to. She will join Nicole and her two sisters in heaven. May God Bless you and carry you through this most difficult time.

I first met Kathy many years ago when we worked together. She was an awesome 'teacher' on the job and I learned a lot from her. But, that was only the beginning. Kathy introduced me to her single friend that she had been friends with for many years. That blind date turned into marriage with Kathy being my Matron of Honor.
One of the funniest times I remember with her was when we went shopping in Macy's. You could tell she shopped there A LOT because all the sales people knew her by name and it was obvious she was always buying her 2 girls; Nicole & Kristina, something pretty because they all asked about them. Her daughters were her heart.
My deepest sympathy to her daughter, Kristina, her husband Chris and family.
I will always be indebted to you Kathy, may you Rest in Peace.
