Megan Perkowski Obituary
Megan Perkowski, 41, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 26th, after a courageous lifelong battle with complex medical challenges.
A funeral service in celebration of Megan's life will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational Church of Wallingford. Relatives and friends may attend a public visitation on Friday evening, May 30, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm Street, Wallingford.

I missed you so very much over the holidays. This was my first year not receiving pictures of you and the pups and then the family Christmas card. I miss your smile, your sass, and your loving self. A day doesn´t go by that I don´t think of you Meggers. I know you´d be upset with me feeling this way, but it wasn´t just hard for me, but for your family. I hope you are giving Merl and JoJo a run for their money up there.

I was blessed to know Megan. She accomplished so much in her short life. God carried her through many physical trials. Megan was a fighter, a believer in her heart, soft spoken and always a smile on her face. Megan had a special compassionate soul for others. I love and daily use the beautiful Prayer shawl Megan personally made me. I will never forget Megan, she is etched in my heart. RIP sweet child of God. Amen

So sorry to read of Megan´s passing. I´ll always remember her visits at Dr. Palazzos office, and always being a good sport trying to do her PFTs. We all loved her. My condolences to you all and may she Rest In Peace. Terry Dziedzic CRTT
