Nicholas Esposito Obituary

Nicholas Esposito
Nicholas "The Crow" Esposito, 90, of Branford, died peacefully on April 25, 2025, at ARK-Branford Hills. He was the loving and devoted husband of Patricia Pane Esposito. He was born in New Haven, on September 26, 1934, to the late Salvatore and Theresa D'Amato Esposito, and the brother of the late Andrew and Peter Esposito.
Nick was a 1954 graduate of Wilbur Cross High School. He served in the US Army from 1958-1963, before being honorably discharged. He then went to work for the US Postal Service as a letter carrier for over 30 years. After retiring from the Post Office, Nick went to work at the Yale Art Gallery.
Very proud of his Italian heritage, Nick was a member of the St. Andrew the Apostle Society, NALC Branch 19 and the former First Independent Club. He enjoyed playing video poker at the casino, where he would often enjoy a nice meal and a show with Patty. They also enjoyed taking cruises to the Islands.
Visiting hours will be Wednesday, April 30th, from 8:00-9:30am in the Iovanne Funeral Home Inc., 11 Wooster Place, New Haven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am in Blessed Michael McGivney Parish-St. Michael Church. The burial will be in All Saints Cemetery.
