Nicholas Richetelli
Nicholas Richetelli, 95, of Hamden passed away on December 22, 2022, peacefully with family by his side. He was born in New Haven on March 2, 1927 to James and Anita Sagnella Richetelli. He was the husband of the late Rosella Boyaji Richetelli, father of Ronald (Dona) Richetelli and Rosella (John) McLean. Grandfather of Rachel (Rudy) Fasano, Robert McLean, Ryan (Ali) Richetelli, Megan (Kristopher) Shapiro, and Keven Richetelli (Bridget). He also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his sisters Pauline Pascarella and Dede Nagle. Nicholas served in the U.S. Army and Merchant Marines from 1945-1947. He was a welder and fabricator at New England Ironworks until his retirement.
Funeral services will be private. Arrangements in care of Beecher and Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Memorial donations in Nicholas's name may be made to Boston Children's Hospital at website www.forceregistry.org.
