Peter Bowne Willis of Branford died Saturday February 18, 2023 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Peter was born in White Plains, NY on July 29, 1942, son of the late Sumner Collett Willis and Ruth Bowne Willis. He served in the U.S. Navy. Peter was fleet manager and government sales rep for Roberts Dodge for many years. He is survived by his companion of many years, Flora Radziunas of Branford, his brother David Willis of Hamden and his granddaughter Cecilia Willis of NC. He was predeceased by his sons, John B. Willis and Michael B. Willis, his granddaughter Nicole Willis, his brother Sumner "Greg" Willis and his former wife Toby Zur.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation Thursday evening from 4:00 – 6:00, with a prayer service at 6:00, at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. Burial will be private. For directions and online memorial see www.wsclancy.com
