Ray C. Frohlich
Ray C. Frohlich, 75, of Orange passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 8th, 2024, at his home. He was the beloved husband of 50 years to Luann DaRin Frohlich. Ray was born in New Haven on November 12th, 1949, and was the son of the late Raymond W. and Frances King Frohlich. He earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, a master's degree from the University of New Haven and another master's degree in IT from Fairfield University. Ray was an IT Manager for Sikorsky Aircraft for 27 years until his retirement. He was a Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts of America. Ray was an avid skier, enjoyed vacationing at Cape Cod but most of all being with his family whom he loved unconditionally. Father of Raymond (Anne) Frohlich and Erin (Frederic) Bois. Grandfather of Nathan and Corinne Frohlich, Claire Bois. Brother of Mary Jane (Douglas) Shattuck and Beth Anne (James) McCann.
The visiting hours will be Thursday morning, Dec. 12th from 9:00 to 10:30 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital www.stjude.org.
