Richard Lucibello Obituary

Richard J. Lucibello
Richard J. "Rick" Lucibello, 72, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 23, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Carole Norboe Lucibello, with whom he shared 34 beautiful years of marriage. Born in New Haven on June 27, 1952, Rick was the son of the late Louis and Helen Lucibello. He was raised in North Haven and began building a life rooted in family, hard work, and compassion. Rick spent much of his career as an insurance agent, most recently with the John M. Glover Agency. Outside of work, he cherished time with his family and was a proud, long-standing member of the Wallingford Country Club. Family was Rick's greatest joy. He was a devoted husband to Carole, a loving father to his daughter Lisa and her husband Michael, and a steady, caring presence in the lives of his sister, brother, nephews, and extended family. Rick was also deeply committed to his recovery journey, celebrating over 30 years of sobriety through AA and NA. He was a constant source of support and guidance within that community, always ready to lend an ear or share his strength with others. In addition to his wife Carole and daughter Lisa Lucibello and her husband Michael Nogera, Rick is survived by his sister Eleanor Marsoli and her husband Robert, his brother Louis Lucibello and his wife Patricia, and his nephews Jason Lucibello and Robert Marsoli Jr., along with Robert's wife, Kristin. Rick's personality, strength, and unwavering love for those around him will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
The visiting hours will be held on Sunday, June 29th, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, located at 36 Washington Avenue. A funeral service will follow on Monday, June 30th at 11:00 AM in the funeral home, with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven. www.northhavenfuneral.com
