Hello Linda - I was a former student of Ron's at Univ of RI and he was my first boss out of residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was a tremendous influence on the direction I took in my career - clinical pharmacy. I was greatly saddened to see the news in this month's AJHP. We also love Labrador's and will make a donation in Ron's memory. You and I have met - in fact I am the one who spent a night on your couch the night of pharmacy graduation at URI oh so many years ago! My thoughts and prayers are with you..Deborah Belitsos Thorn

Linda, My condolences to you and Alice. While I hadn't seen Ron in many years we were good friends in grammar school, high school and college. I am deeply saddened by his passing.

Linda,
We only knew Ron for about 6 years. He was one of the "Puppy People" . . . an elite group of humans responsible for adopting a litter of Labrador puppies in Enfield, CT. We didn't see or speak often, but it was clear that Ron was a very special guy . . . with a great sense of humor and of what was important. He was an incredibly sweet man who will be truly missed and we feel so fortunate for our times spent together.
With love and licks,
Sharon, Ira and Duncan
