April 13, 1936 - July 8, 2025
Rosalie "Rosie" Giusti, 89 of Meriden, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on July 8th at Hartford Hospital after a brief illness surrounded by the love of her family.
Rosalie is survived by her 5 children: Joseph (Judy) Giusti, Paul (Maureen) Giusti, Deborah Hurst, Mark (Katelyn) Giusti and Lisa (John Arabasz) Giusti; her sister Mary (William) Althauser; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
Rosalie's family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 4:30pm. Interment will be private. Please see her online memorial tribute page and register book at: www.wallingfordfh.com

Rosie was so kind to me during a difficult period of my life. She always welcomed me into her home and let me hang out for hours with Joe, knowing I had an aching loneliness and could just not be alone safely. Rosie was funny as can possibly be and I appreciated all her kind words and funny quips. May the family find peace in her passing and she herself hit that jackpot in the skies. Love you Joey!!

OMG I'm very sad to hear this devastating news!!! She definitely was one lady who left me with a forever lasting impression & fond memories! She was certainly one of a kind! No other like Mrs Giusti definitely loved her very much & she will be greatly missed! My heart, love & prayers go out to mark, Lisa & the entire Giusti family
